Dr. Moolman was suspended for 7 days, which took into consideration that the regional health authority had imposed a previous suspension of five weeks. Dr. Moolman was required to take a Boundaries, Ethics and Professionalism course and agreed to limit his practice to working in a Regional Health Authority Facility and that, except while working as a surgical assistant, he will have a chaperone present when with female patients, and will have a sign posted advising of that requirement.
